Head of Developer Relations

Responsibilities:
As Head of Developer relations, your job is to increase the amount of developers building and selling apps on the Whop platform. As you probably know already, SaaS apps are becoming a popular stream of income for thousands of internet entrepreneurs. Whop offers internet entrepreneurs an extensive business dashboard, where they can manage their customers, payments, as well as product offerings. For consumers, Whop offers marketplace where they can browse all of the cool products that are created and sold on Whop.
The business infrastructure that Whop offers is just the foundational level and necessary for all business. Where Whop offers the real value to independent developers is in its distribution mechanism. Not only can sellers of SaaS get their product listed on the Whop marketplace, where we experience millions of monthly visitors, they can also pair up with with existing sellers (non-developers) who have large distribution.
Your responsibility will be encourage and inspire developers to build WebApps on the Whop platform. This will include, but is not limited to:
Build a small squad of developers that are guaranteed $2K+ a month in MRR for them to build apps in public
Host hackathons with known developer communities
Create tutorials (written and video) on how to build apps
In addition, you will be expected to create enhancements to our documentation, public API, and developer product UX.
