As a Sr Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating incredible, high-quality designs that are scalable and organized in Figma. Your focus will be on our emails, UX flows, and our core product.

The role is broad in scope and requires the ability to switch contexts without losing sight of the most important objectives.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 4 years of product design experience.

  • You have extensive knowledge of Figma and are highly proficient in using it.

  • You have an eye for design and have experience making pixel perfect, beautiful designs.

  • You love building new concepts and iterating incredibly quickly to bring ideas to life.

  • You are proactive in finding new tasks and challenges to tackle, always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • You are extremely detail-oriented. Scenario planning is one of your favorite exercises, and you know that every little detail adds up to the bigger picture.

  • You are exceptionally organized and efficient.

  • You’re known for your reliability in creating usable designs. You make designs that are intuitive and easy to use, rather than designs that are visually appealing.

  • You enjoy implementing processes and systems to alleviate bottlenecks. Designing them, improving them, removing them when necessary, and pushing for adoption are all things that you love to do.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product design function end-to-end. You are the dedicated product design expert for the company.

  • Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to create a seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design consistency and a cohesive user experience across all platforms.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and validate design solutions.

  • Establish and maintain a design system, ensuring that it evolves with the product and the needs of the users.

  • Proactively seek out new tasks, challenges, and areas for improvement, always aiming to take the product design to the next level.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product design experience, with an excellent eye for design - see Whop.com

  • Extensive knowledge and experience using Figma.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in product design, user experience design, and visual design.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks methodically to meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with web and mobile design constraints, including responsive design and accessibility best practices.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
