This role will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process from first touch point to the first 90 days of onboarding. You will drive strategic initiatives to optimize for the caliber and productivity of Whop’s recruiting organization, and collaborate closely with leadership.

Salary: $140K - $180K | Equity: 0.05% - 0.15%
Location: Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities
Own the recruiting function end-to-end. You are the first dedicated recruiting person for the company.
Develop and iterate on mission, vision, and articulate what we are working towards to the world.
Increase top of funnel recruits through many channels.
Organize recruiting events and ways to improve our public perception — from a recruiting standpoint.
Build scalable solutions on “how to” do things in the people function. Develop and implement operational policies, playbooks, and procedures that help us as we scale.
Work with different departments to create technical interview processes
